and did I mention the disgusting mold? yes, we still have it. after the super quick response from our agent, we have yet to have any work done. the plumber came and assessed the situation, told us us would take a month to complete, and we've heard nothing. Everyone is on vacation for the month of August, so we are stuck with this smelly mess for a while. it's gross and I am not happy.
