The Birthday Party!

Well, it was a success! Olivia had a sleepover with her 4 closest girlfriends last night at our friends Kerri, Hilary and Andrea's apartment, and they had a blast. And in keeping with the family tradition, she was the first girl asleep at her own party :) Apparently, the other girls did NOT sleep at all, and Olivia slept for only 2.5 hours. I was not allowed to stay, so I didn't actually witness the all night festivities, but I hear they involved 3 kittens, lots of dancing and loads of sparkly make up. Ten is really such a lovely age, as they weren't the least bit interested in organized games or anything. They just wanted to eat pizza and cake and do make-overs, so the adults dined on Sushi and visited for several hours! Now we are off to another little party to watch the classic Christmas Specials (Rudolph, Frosty, etc.)! Should be another delightful evening!
